Paper Submissions

Guidelines for Oral and Poster Presentations

To allow in depth discussion of each topic, presenters are asked to prepare 25min talks (which will be followed by 10min discussion). We invite you to prepare your oral presentations in the following WWTmod template:

Posters should be mounted before the conference starts on Sunday MAR 30th at 8am. The vertical poster panels (nicely handling the A0 format - height 1189 mm and width 841 mm) will be available from 12am on Saturday MAR 29th. Material to attach the posters will be provided.
We don't want to impose a template but please make sure your poster is readable from a distance of 1.5m. So, use a large font size and minimize the amount of text.
Nice graphics and schemes and the use of the WWTmod2014 logo on your posters are very much recommended.

Proceedings Papers

A selection of high-quality proceedings papers will be supplied to IWA Publishing for full peer review for publication in Water Science and Technology or its adjunct journal. We would like you to use the template below for the papers and to respect the WS&T guidelines.

The paper contributions should be submitted before February 14th 2014 in Word format
(so that we can work easily with them to prepare the proceedings).

Some guidelines for everyone:

  • Podium Presenters will have their full papers published in the proceedings.
  • Poster Presenters should at least submit a revised version of their initial 3p. abstract. While not required, we are offering poster presenters the opportunity to publish a full paper, associated with their poster, in the proceedings.
  • Workshop Organizers: We also offer workshop organizers the opportunity to publish a full paper, for the workshop. At least a 3p. abstract should be submitted. Note that there is only one paper for the entire workshop.
